Chief Executive Officer Cass Eric Shields was born in Pordenone, Italy. Raised as a military dependent, Cass has lived in Italy, Germany, Texas, Arizona and Delaware, in addition to having traveled to over 10 different countries. Upon graduation from Caesar Rodney High School (Camden-Wyoming, DE), Cass attended the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona where he obtained a BS in Multimedia. While obtaining his Master’s of Science in Technology, he was employed by FanGrabber Sportswear. During his tenure at FanGrabber, he worked as a graphic artist designing athletic apparel as well as custom apparel. Many of his contributions can still be seen on PAC-10 collegiate apparel, as well as major college football events such as The Fiesta Bowl, Insight Bowl and college basketball’s Final Four. After obtaining his Master’s Degree (2004), he moved back to Delaware and started Panacea Media which was a small graphic design operation based out of Magnolia, DE. During this time he was hired by Guardian Property Management in 2006 as a graphic designer but responsibilities has increased since being promoted to Guardian’s Directory of Information Technology, a title which he currently holds. Cass Shields speaks fluent English and has working knowledge in German and Spanish.
Chief Operations Officer De’Von Carter has five years of experience leading projects of small, medium and large scales. His experience includes extensive training in project management and hands on experience designing and implementing complex global networks. Currently, he is the owner of The Carter, LLC, which is an IT Consulting firm that specializes in a wide range of services to include web design, network design and project management. It is in the area of project management that his experience will serve you the most. His responsibilities in the past and present include project management, network design, and capacity planning for customers. De'Von has worked for a Department of Defense contracting company, where he was responsible for implementing and managing the installation, upgrade, and monitoring of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity for US Naval Vessels. His duties also included providing training to user and support staff as well as conducting quality assurance reviews of all installed equipment and configuration of that equipment. De’Von Carter received his BS in Electronics with a concentration in Computer Networking from East Carolina University. In addition, he has received his MS in Management with a concentration in Information System Security from Colorado Technical University. The master’s degree program at Colorado Technical University included course work in project management based on the project management institute curriculum. Chief Technology Officer Patrick Frye currently resides in Melbourne, FL. He has over 9 years experience in the field of Software engineering and Information Technology working for Department of Defense Contractors and medical insurance companies. His specialties include video game development and web development. Patrick’s management experience includes ownership in Xrucifix, Inc and ICE Powered, LLC. Xrucifix, Inc specializes in Christian based video game development. ICE Powered is a web based entertainment company that produces a webzine, social networking platform, and sells digital music, software, and other merchandise. With both companies Patrick’s primary duties included software and web development as well as other business operations. He received his Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering Technology from the University of West Florida. |
